Xtend Barre Franklin
Xtend Barre's philosophy is rooted in the strength and training regimens of classical dancers, whose nimble form and powerful muscles allow for graceful movement. The program is designed to tone core muscles, get hearts pumping, and improve balance by incorporating elements of dance, ballet, and Pilates. These movements use ballet barre and various props to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens, and chisels the body.
Beyond the basic Xtend Barre workout, the studio offers specialty classes. Sessions can be designed to target specific muscle groups, or workouts can be calibrated for moms and babies, pre- and post-natal clients, and seasonal events. Body weight suspension training, Pilates, Xtend Suspend (TRX style barre class), FitBall, HIIT, and cardio boxing classes are also available.
