About This Deal
- Strength & Condition - this class is designed to help attendees become lean, strong, and healthy via a combination of gymnastics, lifting, plyometrics, sprinting, and other exercises.
- Kick-Boxing - this class offers a fitness workout and a way to release stress through punches and kicks.
Classes take place from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
