Instructors require students to first attend On-Ramp sessions, during which they focus on the mechanics of squatting, Olympic lifting, and body-weight exercises. Once attendees master proper form, the studio’s other courses become available. The intense CrossFit class cross-trains participants in fitness feats from running to powerlifting to pull-ups. To build strength, endurance, and flexibility, trainers lead students in the open Xtreme Kettlebell class. Classes are scheduled six days a week. Click here for more information.

About CrossFit I35
Owner Scott Lofquist and his team of trainers welcome professional athletes and first-time lifters alike at CrossFit I35. Their only requirement is that you never say, "I can't." They focus on high-intensity strength-training regimens while emphasizing functional technique, which prepares patrons for effortlessly scaling flights of stairs or carrying a sumo wrestler back home after a night of hard partying. Their sessions cover strength-building workouts from the perennially popular kettlebell sessions to the extreme muscular challenge of Olympic lifting exercises. With ever-changing routines, the trainers help patrons battle workout boredom and sculpt more chiseled physiques.
