On April 11–14, racecar aficionados have the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a luxury supercar, such as a Porsche 911/997, a Lamborghini LP560, an Audi R8, or a Ferrari F430. All of the cars have automatic transmissions with paddle shifts. Both options begin with a quick instruction on racing fundamentals and safety overviews for the vehicles and the course. After the short class, drivers slap on helmets, throw on some gloves, and prepare for the Gateway Motorsports Park track. For additional fees, drivers also can take home two 5”x7” photographs of themselves getting into and driving the cars, as well as in-car camera footage of the entire drive.<p>
Xtreme Xperience, one of the nation’s premier supercar driving experiences, was founded by a group of car enthusiasts. Their mission is to make the world’s best exotic cars accessible for everyone to enjoy as they should be – on real racetracks across the U.S. Since their first event in 2012, Xtreme Xperience has helped more than 50,000 people cross "drive an exotic car" off their bucket lists. Xtreme Xperience provides a safe, educational, and accessible approach for drivers and passengers who wish to experience the thrill of driving the some of the world’s most exclusive cars, including the Ferrari 458 Italia, Lamborghini LP560-4, Porsche 911 GT3, Audi R8 V10, Nissan GT-R, and more. Hosting 30 events at 20 racetracks, Xtreme Xperience and their world-class fleet can be found at racetracks nationwide.
Now at NCM Motorsports Park, Xtreme Xperience teamed up with Chicago Helicopter Experience to provide the next level of experience. Thrill-seekers can now soar high above the racetrack for a scenic birds-eye view in a Robinson R44 Helicopter piloted by an FAA-certified pilot.
