    I expected a scalp massage, but most of the time was spent washing my hair. The actual scalp massage lasted only 1–2 minutes, and the shoulder/neck part just 3–4 minutes. I shared some feedback afterward, but the owner responded that 70 minutes was only enough to wash and blow-dry the hair, and seemed more focused on tips. I think the service description should be updated to better match the price and lower customer expectations.
