    The lady who served me was very kind and welcoming. The place was very clean and warm with a relaxing atmosphere. For the most part, the head massage/scalp treatment was pleasant, especially the all over water sprayer that gets your temples and head, but there were times she was a little rough with the brush, scraping the scalp. Also, the length of time she spent on massaging in the shampoo was awfully long. I have curly hair and the more you massage in, the more knots you make. This is fine as long as a lot of conditioner is put in after, which I don't think was done. After, she sat me down in a chair near the front entry, (while still in my halter top towel mind you), blow drying my hair which I knew was going to be a disaster to brush out. I don't think she understands that curly hair not only needs a lot of conditioner/or leave in conditioner, but also needs to be brushed out while wet, otherwise it becomes a lions mane of mess and knots. I ended up just telling her to stop while she was trying to brush out the knots because it was hurting too much...and I have a pretty tough head! Unfortunately, I had to cut out 2 big knots at home because I couldn't even get them out. I wish I had taken a picture. Overall, this was a somewhat relaxing experience, however, I don't recommend it for people with curly hair or if you have a sensitive head. Bless her heart.
