Technician was on time and did the repair without trying to sell me something extra or saying something else needed repair (my 3yo door was somewhat crooked when stopped midtrack form the beginning). I have a Wayne Dalton system, which doesn't have the big spring rolls you usually see. It's a cleaner (better?) system. I had called a Rockwall repair place and the guy immediately said that he needed to replace the opening mechanism to spring rolls. I can't believe what an extrem lack of morals/ethics these service people have. Go with Yes doors. I hope they keep on doing what's right.
