Do you have a website? How do I mail the tapes? I have the 3inch reels ones but they are less than 15 minutes. How ugh would it cost to do 10?

Thanks for the questions, Lorraine! Yes, you can visit our website by clicking here, or visiting

Our pricing for film is $0.18 per foot, since 3" reels generally hold 50 feet when full, each reel would cost approximately $9 for a total of $90. With the $60 Groupon discount, there would be a remaining cost of $30.

After you purchase your Groupon, you'll need to place your order on our website and then mail your media to us. We are located in Santa Clara, CA and our shipping address will be provided with your order documents. There are several ways to ship your order to us. You can: purchase an EasyShip Kit, a prepaid shipping label from our company, or use a self-shipping method. If you choose self-shipping, no additional charges would be added to your order and the cost of shipping would be determined by the courier service you wish to use. If you choose to purchase a prepaid shipping label from us, you can do so during checkout. The cost is a flat $9.99 and you will receive a UPS label to print out after your order is submitted. The easiest way to ship your order is through our EasyShip Kit. With the EasyShip Kit, all you do is place an order for the kit (priced at $19.99), pack up your materials in the box we provide and send to us via prepaid postage -- we do the rest! Once your order is completed, we ship your newly created DVDs along with your original media via UPS at a flat rate of $10.99. If you would like to do so, you can even use part of your Groupon value toward the shipping costs. It's also a good to know that if your order is over $150, you receive free shipping to us, and back to you!

I have a set of videos about the mexican independence and revolution, 12 videos in total. Some of them are a little over the two hour limit that you put for every video. Can I use this coupon and how can I do it??? or I have to pay with the coupon for the first three and then pay regular price for the rest??? Thank you

MANUEL J G.  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

Thanks for the questions, Manuel. Our pricing is $19.99 per video tape, up to two hours. We do not merge tapes together, so each tape submitted will be transferred on to its own DVD and have a base price of $19.99. Any tape exceeding two hours will require a new DVD to be made, with a cost of $19.99 per additional DVD created. Your order is not limited to the value of the Groupon and we will gladly transfer all the materials you send to us. Just keep in mind that your credit card will be billed for the amount that exceeds the Groupon value.

It is also important to note that any copyright-protected material, such as Hollywood movie videotapes and videotaped television programs, cannot be processed without a copyright release form signed by the copyright owner. To learn more about our Groupon deal and transfer service, you can also visit our website here.

Your Groupon would be valid for $60 towards your total conversion bill. So, for example, if it cost $100 to convert everything, your Groupon would cover $60 and you would only have to pay the remaining $40.
