What if my tapes are only 30 minutes long?

Thanks for the question, Nicole. We do not merge tapes together, so each tape submitted will be transferred on to its own DVD and have a base price of $19.99. Any tape exceeding two hours will require a new DVD to be made, with a cost of $19.99 per additional DVD created. With the Groupon offer, you are receiving three transfers for the price of one! However, we have many accepted formats you may be interested in, including various types of video tapes, film reels, images (slides, negatives, prints), and digital media (USB sticks, memory cards). Since this deal is for $60 worth of service for the price of $19, the 122 images images would be covered by your Groupon! Q:

I have 16mm reels that are 500 feet ,do you do these and if so how much? 50 ft reels have been spliced together in a 500 ft reel

Great question, Joan! We are able to transfer your 16 mm film. Since our pricing is $0.18 per foot, a total of 500 feet would amount to $90. Since the Groupon offer covers up to $60, that would leave an outstanding amount of $30 without shipping applicable tax and shipping.

Q:

I have team photos that are 8.5 x 17. Have around the 100 number for this deal. Will you do those as part of the "per photo" deal?
