Hi, I have some Hi 8 tapes with just like 45 min or 20 min or 1 hour on each tape. I'd like to get them all put on one DVD. I actually have 25 of these tapes all with different amounts of time on them. So if it works well I will be sending in more. I've been meaning to do this for a while! Most of my tapes are full 1 hour but some are 1/2 full and some even less (I don't know why I did that.. probably just grabbed a new tape as I was heading out the door. So my question is.... Would the $60 go toward Hi 8 tapes, and if so would it go toward a total of 2 hours (example:2-3 of my tapes for a total of 2 hours?) Cristy Anderson

Thanks for the question, Cristy! Hi-8 tapes are one of our supported formats, so we can definitely transfer them to a DVD! Our pricing is $19.99 per video tape, up to two hours. We do not merge tapes together, so each tape submitted will be transferred on to its own DVD and have a base price of $19.99. With the Groupon offer, you are receiving three transfers for the price of one! To learn more about our Groupon deal and transfer service, you can also visit our website here.

Can you use all three or just one?

Great question, Vanessa! This is a single deal is for you to spend the $60 any way you wish for our supported media types. So, the $60's worth is dependent on the quantity and type of media you would like to transfer. If you go by individual media types, the Groupon will cover the examples listed: three two-hour tapes ($57.97 ), six reels 3" reels ($54.00), or 122 images ($59.78). Since you pay a la carte for your order, you can have combinations of the supported media types as well (different media types will go on different DVDs, but they can be placed in the same order). To calculate what you can get out of the Groupon with the media that you have, you can visit our page here and tell us what you have; it will automatically give you a quote depending on the quantity you enter! You can also view our pricing list on that page. I hope this helps!
