Q:

i have 2 vhs tapes that go over 2hrs. one 2min the other 12min. how much would it cost for tapes that go over?

Paul Scott L.  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

A:

Hi Jane, excellent question! Our pricing is $19.99 per video tape, up to two hours. The DVDs can hold approximately 2 hours. However, there is a small buffer zone which allows for an additional few minutes. Since we place as much footage from your tape as we can on to your DVD, if your first tape exceeds the limit by only only two minutes, it would not require an additional DVD to be created. If a tape does exceed the limit, it will require a new DVD to be made, with a pricing of $19.99 per additional DVD transfer conducted.

If you would like us to transfer only the first two hours of your tapes, as to not create any additional DVDs for any exceeding footage, simply notate this in the special instructions area of your documents and we would be happy to accommodate your request!
