I have about 3 or 4 VHS tapes that have a mixture of recorded movies that i DON'T want converted along with some family films that i DO want. How would that work? Would i be charged for the video regardless of how much i want saved?? What is the approx. shipping and handling per VHS

Hi Elizabeth, thanks for the question. Our pricing is $19.99 per video tape, up to two hours. We do not merge tapes together, so each tape submitted will be transferred on to its own DVD and have a base price of $19.99. Any tape exceeding two hours will require a new DVD to be made, with a cost of $19.99 per additional DVD created.
At this time, we do not provide a service to edit the footage before it is transferred to a DVD. However, I would like to take this time to let you know that your video tape transfer order will include access to our MemoryShare website which will allow you to view, share, edit and order additional copies of your videos online. While you won't be able to edit the footage prior to receiving a DVD, you can always use our online editing tool to create an additional customized DVD for $8.99 plus shipping.
If you know where the content you wish to have transferred is located on your tape, we can definitely transfer only the specified portion! In the special instructions section of your order documents, indicate the time stamp (start and stop time) of the footage you wish to have transferred, and we will accommodate your request; please note that only one time stamp per tape can be followed.
