I have a VHS tape of one of my grandson's. I call it the "growing tape". Little snippets of his life from birth are on the tape. The tape however is stuck and doesn;t move forward or backward so I have not been able to even view it. Is there anything you can do with this? I am sure there is some simple fix for the tape but I don't know what it is! Let me know if you can help. Thank you!

Excellent question, Lauren! We do not offer a service of repairs only, however, we can conduct repairs if you are having your tape transferred to a DVD. We can repair videotapes if the ribbon is snapped, wrinkled, or if the case is broken. We would love to examine your tape and determine if it can be repaired and transferred! Keep in mind that when we repair a wrinkled ribbon, the footage in that section will be lost. The additional costs of video tape repairs is $10.00 for a ribbon repair and $15.00 for a repair with case replacement.
