Our program is geared for all ages and fitness levels. Everyone can do it. We provide a guided fitness regime, wellness support and practical nutrition program. What’s the most radical physical transformation you’ve seen a client make?
The vast majority of our clients see a difference in their “before” and “after” pictures. The harder you work the better your results. How do we get our results so quickly? It’s simple: we meet 5 days a week for 10 weeks straight, classes are only 45 minutes and we make sure you’re having fun. If you are looking for weight loss or muscle gain this program is for you.

When and how did you first develop a passion for fitness?
As with all passions, it was at an early age that I strive to live a balanced and holistic lifestyle. It was this outlook that led me to obtain my doctorate of chiropractic and create the Yes You Can Body Challenge in 2010 after teaching boot camps and personal training. Because of my experience in the health and wellness industry it taught me that only a comprehensive approach to fitness, one that addresses the whole body, will deliver meaningful, long lasting results.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn’t cover?
