After Groupon sessions, I got no results at all , so i signed up with them for more sessions.
No hair removal results after full 6 sessions. Minimal patchy reduction.
They may be using either a very cheap or ineffective machine that I could not find any information on online or perhaps they are using very low settings that are going to take way more than 6 sessions to work, so that the silly customers keep coming back and paying for the.
No communication. Do not answer emails. Do not return calls. For months.
Could not reach management to discuss concerns.
When I provided critical feedback, my concerns were not addressed and instead the business owner came in stating that I threw a towel at the technician. I was shocked! My feedback was that no one actually gave me a towel or wiped all the gel… I told her, since it was a month ago, I think her tech clearly has mistaken me for someone else, but the owner did not apologize.
I think this was a clear retaliation type of behavior from the tech, whose incompetence I criticized in the comments, so she basically decided to lie and accuse someone to save her face….
First session was done by a person who did not speak any English. There was no communication. I felt no zaps at all and the passes were missing areas and very fast. I left wondering whether it will be effective. I have had laser treatments years ago at different salons, but this felt off…
After 5th session, I voiced concerns to the tech who did state that clearly the intensity needs to be increased to see results… well, now session 6 done and still no results….
I contacted the business in Dec, April, May - never a response via email. I called and requested call backs—- never a call back.
Finally I signed up on Instagram to their page, and voiced out loud there: why is no one responding to the members’ concerns.
The owner shared her cell, but failed to set up a consultation despite my multiple texts.
When I requested a call, she failed to call me back for a wee, so then I basically posted how inappropriate her behavior was, on Instagram, so she finally bothered to respond but never bothered to give a call, to listen, to seek feedback, to offer solutions.
A disgrace of a business that wasted my money and time.
I have never interacted with someone so unprofessional and oblivious to common courtesy.
The online booking process was easy. I booked with a particular laser tech but the spa changed it without telling me. The new tech did a fine job though however, management kept knocking on the door telling her to hurry up. They had obviously not reserved adequate time for my session and had booked other appointments in close succession. This made the tech rush towards the end.
I felt the spa is more business (profit) driven than customer focused. I found the other staff including management not to be friendly.
I looked into the laser machine being used by this spa. It is a Hidl-Mix 2.0k machine. It is not a mainstream device used by other spas and no wonder I couldn’t find much about it because it’s a cheap Chinese product found on Alibaba for less than what the spa charges for an unlimited laser hair removal package for one person! Do your own due diligence before you go to this place for laser.
The established was really clean, nice and professional! Staff was really attentative and nice. Priscilla was the doctor I saw today and she was knowledgeable and walked me through my first laser hair removal. Great overall!
Don’t waste your time and money . I bought the all body for $249.99 and didn’t see results at all . I had laser hair removal in the past and I saw results with the first treatment at other places . I called to see if we can come to an agreement and they basically told me I won’t see results the first treatment so that I have to buy another one . Sometimes cheap is indeed cheap. Don’t fall for it
The operator could not speak English so she couldn’t answer my question which was pretty wired tbh. If it was my first time using laser hair removal I needed to know how to take care.
Also, I don’t know which device they are using but it didn’t make any sound after applying laser on different areas.
I have been using other devices (at least 5) and all make a sound each time for different patches.
I've gotten laser hair removal from a few different place so I'm very familiar with the process. This spa didn't do an initial consultation with me. The nurse that did my treatments didn't speak english and had to get the translator app out when I asked a question. I'm not sure how a nurse has her certification when she doesn't speak english. I would avoid this place as I'm not sure if they're a legit business.
I honestly didn't know what to expect during or after the treatment. After the treatment no one spoke to about what I needed to do or things I'll notice. But on my own I realized that my hair did slow down on the growth. I can't wait for my next appointment and I'll be sure to ask them my questions.
