“SUP” or Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, provides an amazing opportunity to improve your focus and balance while practicing yoga on the ocean and connecting with nature.
We begin our training on shore before heading out onto the ocean where there are gentle waves. The beautiful combination of yoga and the ocean provides you with the perfect opportunity to commune with land and ocean, mind and body for a full spirit and sense of well-being.
Accessible to ALL levels ALL the time.
WHAT TO BRING:
Dress to get wet! Any swimwear is appropriate for SUP Yoga. Want to wear your yoga clothes? That works too! Just opt for synthetic fabrics. Sunglasses, hats are fine but only if they’re tethered to your beautiful noggin. All other personal belongings like bags, purses, towels, and shoes should be locked in your car.
- Ages 18 and up - if you are under 18, you must have parental supervision and/or permission.
- Participants should be in good general health.
- All participants must sign a waiver
- All medical/physical restrictions must be declared at time of reservation.

Hi there! My name is Alyssa. I'm here to help facilitate various experiential yoga classes. I've been teaching since 2018 mostly private and corporate clients. I have over 600 hours of training from around the world and have a few tricks up my sleeve that I can't wait to share with you. I cater unique experiences to clients and we have fun along the way. It inspires me to witness others through the continual journey of self discovery. I love to laugh, travel, dance, skate, climb, SUP and create art. Join me and let’s flow!
