What You'll Get
People holding yoga poses typically seek self-discipline and control, whereas those holding yoga posters just want Sting's autograph. Find peace while standing still with today's Groupon: for $30, you get 30 days of unlimited yoga classes (a $105 value) at Yoga Ah!.
Molding flexible bodies in a flexible, friendly environment, Yoga Ah! rolls out the red yoga mat to a variety of classes suited for all skill levels. The crux of the curriculum, Ashtanga-Vinyasa progresses through a predetermined sequence of poses, from 10 sun salutations to one lunar awkward goodbye. Through a focus on breath, core strength, and steady eyes, Ashtanga's fluid movements lead to deep meditation, helping to burn toxins and develop strength and stamina. Pioneered by late yoga icon Larry Schultz in San Francisco, Rocket yoga builds on Ashtanga-Vinyasa principles with a faster regimen of moves suited to Western bodies, stacking on more inversions, hip-openers, lincoln logs, and backbends to encourage toxin-flushing sweat and boost the body's energy and balance.
Yoga Ah! also offers 45-minute Pilates-esque Rocket sessions, prenatal classes, and a panoply of classes for young yogis, such as children's sessions (age 4–12), and a creative class in which toddlers (age 1–4) and their parents twist and bend imitating their favorite animals and tax loopholes, respectively.

About Yoga Ah!
The mood and pacing is constantly shifting at Yoga ah, as students of all ages lay out their mats for their class and prepare to harmonize body and mind. The students start young here, beginning, even in utero with prenatal classes. Adult classes follow an Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow, led by instructors who guide students through challenging poses. Intense moments occur during Rocket yoga—Ashtanga yoga classes, with a Pilates twist that aim to get students into inversions, arm balances, and outer space.
