I went to a yoga class while in Lubbock visiting. It was a great workout. The instructor provided a relaxed atmosphere and a challenging class. She was accommodating to various levels. There are blocks, straps, and mats for you use.

About Yoga Bean

Bodies take up more room when they're stretching, which Yoga Bean accounts for by providing a spacious studio for their yoga sessions. Inside, certified teachers lead first-timers through a series of postures and ensure that each visitor practices proper alignment and doesn’t tangle limbs with a neighbor. With more experienced pupils, the instructors incorporate blocks, blankets, and straps during series of restorative poses and lead groups through inversions and arm balances. After class, guests can reenergize with pastries from local gastropub The Crafthouse or cups of organic, fair-trade coffee from Caffe Ibis beans, which Yoga Bean’s baristas incorporate into specialty drinks such as iced americanos and mochas topped with homemade chocolate syrup.
