About A Chat with Yoga Grove
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our classes are purposefully small so that you can have a richer, more personalized experience of yoga. With all class sizes limited to 6, yoga is much more accessible, as the instructor can personalize the class to the group, and assist and interact with students throughout the classes.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Many people find themselves lost in a large class, unsure if they are doing the right thing as they try to follow the instructor, and unable to ask questions or get clarification in the class. Here students build relationships with the instructors and get the attention they need to truly learn.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted to make yoga accessible to everyone, and create an environment where people feel they can really enjoy learning yoga. I also wanted to be able to teach how it feels to do yoga and inspire them to continue to experience how good it makes them feel - in every class.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I am directly helping each and every person that I interact with. I used to work at IBM where I worked hard and hoped that my work was worthwhile and had a positive impact on people's lives. Now I know every single day that I am having a profound impact on real people that come to me.
