About Yoga Loft Studios
Within the energy-filled confines of their two studios, the passionate instructors at Yoga Loft Studios lead students on the quest for mindful wellness during heated and non-heated classes held morning, noon, and night. While one studio focuses on yoga classes—which include power-flow Vinyasa, heated power flow, candlelight flow, intro beginners, Jivamukti Warrior, Ashtanga, and yoga sculpt—the Fit Loft Studio provides boot camp, core, fit blast, and sculpt classes that increase endurance and overall wellness. After class, bathrooms equipped with changing areas and showers allow students a chance to wash up before driving home or levitating to work. When they aren't teaching their regular classes, instructors also host events and instructional workshops.
