Spoke with Denise the Yoga Nook studio owner directly regarding the virtual classes offered. She was so nice and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed my first virtual class, Vin yoga. I look forward to taking more classes.

Had a great class. Social distancing was clear and easy to follow. Cleaning supplies provided and mask use enforced when not practicing. Friendly instructor that was clear and explained the movements for my daughter's first yoga class. Will definitely be back!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
There was a need for a studio that offered classes to all levels of students. We wanted to create a space for people to connect with others and to give back to the community.
What do you love most about your job?
When a client tell us about having better mobility, or are no longer in pain, they sleep better or overall feel better than they've felt in years. That is why we are doing this.
