I was easily able to reach someone by phone . Nancy gave me all the information that I needed to sign up and answered all my questions. Registration was very easy and the instructor got me all set up for class. Other students were friendly and welcoming. I’ve attended 2 classes now and although I have a lot to learn, I look forward to my next class.

Much like ballet, yoga builds lean figures, emphasizes graceful movement, and necessitates the use of spandex. Stretch into shape with today's Groupon: for $40, you get a 10-class pass (a $130 value) at Yoga Now in Dedham.

Yoga Now invites yogis of all ages to take invigorating, calming, and strengthening yoga classes in a variety of traditions. The 10-class pass entitles asana enthusiasts to take drop-in classes, offered seven days a week. The basics class, offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, illuminates the universal principles of alignment eschewed by competing studios that teach the Picasso model. Saturday's prenatal-yoga class caters to mothers-to-be, and Friday afternoon serves up yoga for kids ages 6–12. Those without their own mat can borrow one from Yoga Now's supply, and the studio advises potential practitioners to wear fitted clothing, to abstain from eating for two to three hours before class, and to avoid ingesting unitards.
