Yoga Om was opened in 2014 with the desire to continue the teachings of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as taught by Sri K. Patthabi Jois and his grandson R. Sharath Jois. Yoga Om has a welcoming atmosphere and invites yoga practitioners of all skill levels to participate in a wide range of classes helmed by more than 15 experienced instructors. While patient teachers walk beginning body-benders through the fundamentals of yoga in introductory classes, higher-level classes challenge the minds and bodies of more advanced practitioners.
