Lotus Moves is a suite of fitness classes—such as Zumba and Hip Hop for Healing—that balances strength and grace to help connect body and mind. Pole-dance fitness classes, such as Pole Fundamentals and Pole Strength, meld dance moves into a core-conditioning and calorie-burning workout. Classes typically welcome 20–25 students, and the schedule includes morning, afternoon, and evening classes throughout the week.
The Fitness Evolution boot camp begins by specifying individual goals allowing trainer and yogi Tracie to develop a wellness plan suited to each client.
