What You'll Get
Firm yet dexterous, Jello fills out a dress much better than pudding. Achieve similar svelte properties with today’s Groupon. For $30, you get five drop-in classes (a $80 value) at the Omaha Yoga School at the Old Market and West Center locations. This Groupon is good for classes that last one hour, which is enough hours to loosen the body so that it folds neatly into a sock drawer.
Since 1977, the Omaha Yoga School (OYS) has been molding clients into loose-limbed fitness fans, expanding its base of classical and Vinyasa flow classes to include Hyp-Yoga, which combines yoga with hypnosis to achieve top-notch results that won’t temporarily transform participants into clucking chickens. OYS recognizes that the body must be taken care of, but the mind and spirit are also important pieces of the complex long-division formula that is fitness. By teaching ancient yoga techniques in a non-competitive and intimate atmosphere, OYS produces practical results that improve daily living and snowball-dodging skills. Experienced instructors who were enamored with their Stretch Armstrongs at an early age lead small classes that strengthen the core and firm limbs, which will undoubtedly bait jealous glares from trees. Call ahead to schedule your first session at Omaha Yoga School.
Self featured Omaha Yoga School's mat-child Hyp-Yoga, as have numerous media outlets. CityVoters made the Omaha Yoga School a top-five honoree for Best Yoga Studio in 2008 and 2009 and five reviewers give it a perfect five-star average.

About Omaha Yoga School
All of Omaha Yoga School's classes help connect minds and bodies, but one does it particularly well, Hyp-Yoga. This class uses deep breathing and deliberate movements to help students focus on their life goals, whether they want to experience less stress, lose weight, or levitate.
Mind/Body Melt classes also help center the mind and release tension, and traditional Vinyasa classes rely on focused deep-breathing to power movements. And because class sizes are small, with no more than eight students, there are few distractions.
