What You'll Get
Inner peace is like the Sasquatch—many people claim it's real, but most remain skeptical until the moment it seizes them while meditating on a mountaintop. Bring the bliss with today's Groupon: for $25, you get 25 drop-in classes (a $350 value) at Yoga Sol in Concord, where a certified squad of yogic muscle mavens draw from a melting pot of backgrounds to impart rubbery ecstasy. The yoga pros teach a variety of styles, including the popular hot yoga, to stretchers of all fitness levels in a clean, comfy atmosphere free of the palpable absence of sweaty ghosts. The YogaTRiX system fuses traditional poses with the bodyweight exercise apparatus's powerful potential for myriad techniques to create a safe, balanced workout, and it combines with power yoga in the boot camp classes to spark accelerated flexitude.
Feel free to open up to other body-buttressing possibilities in various invigorating classes, from Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga to Iyengar and Yin methods. Add elasticity to stodgy green bills by taking 30% off all in-store retail items in your first week (see here for products).

About Yoga Sol
The 7 experienced instructors at Yoga Sol harmonize their disparate backgrounds to bring students a well-rounded yoga practice. Owner Tara Clay brings expertise in clinical psychology, whereas CJ Lamborn contributes her experience as a Pilates instructor and understanding of the healing power of yoga. Marlena Salinas has a compelling story—trained as a hypnotherapist, she started practicing yoga after the birth of her son and uses language to help clients release pain as well as gain confidence. This is just a snapshot of the studio's staff, but it embodies the wealth of knowledge behind each session, be it Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, or restorative Yin. The instructors teach students of all experience levels, tailoring sessions for injured participants, expectant mothers, and people who are primarily made out of pretzels. Practice areas adjoin a retail space with yoga mats and blocks.
