Yoga to Go’s staff of experienced instructors specializes in Anusara and Hatha yoga, with gentle and chair-assisted classes available to accommodate all ages and abilities. Open to aspiring yogis of every level, the one-hour sessions increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, and calm minds to states of placid tranquility, allowing them to easily wriggle away from thought-reading detectives. A schedule of classes includes offerings Monday–Saturday, with morning and evening sessions available. A mat and your own eager muscles are the only necessary supplies; those who don’t already own a mat can borrow one at the studio.

Though Yoga to Go Studio sometimes features a discounted price online, this Groupon still offers the best deal available.

About Yoga To Go Studio

After founding Yoga to Go Studio in 2008, certified instructor Linda Jones passed the baton to Kynan Katzman, one of her long-time students. The transition merited a profile by Mehlville-Oakville Patch_, partly because of Katzman’s impressive resumé, which includes endurance cycling. Under the leadership of both Jones and Katzman, the studio has introduced budding yogis to Anusara and Hatha yoga, as well as several forms of meditation geared toward students of all experience levels.
