We evaluate the prakruti of the whole body while developing healthier bodies, minds, and emotional health. Gaining control of the breath can help one control their emotions and weight.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Yoga and hiking have been a part of my life since I was a teen. I have RA, and with my Ayurvedic training and yoga and meditation teacher training with the Chopra Center, I’m pain-free and flexible in my ’50s!
What do you love most about your job?
It doesn’t seem like a job, and everyone loves our program.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
“After one session, I felt amazing for days afterward. With ongoing practice with you and using your program, I’ve gotten off all my medications and I’m happier and healthier than I’ve ever been,”—and she’s in her ’60s!
