Colette Barry has spent a lot of time learning about the human body—three decades, to be exact. In all those years, she's gained invaluable experience as a massage therapist and developer of various fitness programs and equipment. At Yoga Trends, Barry and a team of instructors implement the Barry Method, a proprietary technique that integrates yoga and Pilates moves on anti-gravity machines.
