About Yoga-Well-Being
Yoga-Well-Being is aimed at healing physical and mental issues and accessible to all. The studio’s owner is Sipra Pimputkar, who learned yoga and meditation while growing up 8,000 feet above sea level atop the Himalayas. Sipra is at the helm of the signature Yoga for Well-Being classes, which make up most of the studio’s schedule, methodically stretching limbs and ligaments while working on the endocrine system.
