Choose Between Two Options
When Yogabliss's instructors tell practitioners to keep an open mind and an open heart in their yoga classes, it's not just a feel-good mantra they're spouting. They need their students—particularly beginners—to know that practicing yoga can be difficult at times and that it is important to have patience when trying to master a position that their bodies may have never been in before.
During each class, the teachers help students in any way they can, giving hands-on adjustments and offering pose modifications based on each student's abilities. Yogabliss' classes take place seven days a week.
