Q:

There are restrictions on which classes Groupon purchases will apply to on the class list, but the restriction is not on the Groupon rules of usage for the coupon. Is the studio, then, in the wrong for restricting which classes the Groupon is used for?

The schedule (http://www.stlouisyogasource.com/schedule.html) states that Groupons cannot be used for the classes Gentle Yoga, Yoga Basics and Open Levels. Is that just for this week, or are those classes always unavailable for the Groupon?

Q:

Do the classes have to be sequential? Is there a start date and if you miss a class are you behind. I travel and probably cannot take a set of progressive classes. Martin

Hi Martin, No the classes do not have to sequential and if you miss a class you will not be behind. The only requirement is that from the day you submit your Groupon to Yoga Source you have 4 months to use the 5 class card and 6 months to use the 10 class card. Q:

So, if I took a class there in the past (about 3+ years ago), would I be eligible for this offer? Have been thinking about trying this studio again and this would be an incentive. I would think that one would be considered 'a new client' if they have not been there for years...?

Hi Sandy, Please call the studio at 314-989-9891 and ask to see if you are already in the system. If you are not then you can go ahead and by the Groupon. In order to fair and consistent if you are in the system then we cannot honor a Groupon. Q:

I see that the groupon is only valid for new clients. I have been to yoga source once before, but only once. Is there any flexibility with the "New clients" criterion?

What are the terms with regards to expiration? Is there a time limit within which I would have to use all 5 or 10 visits?

Q:

I have been absent from your studio for months and was looking for a chance to return. This groupon seemed like a perfect opportunity. However, when I called, i was told that it is not valid for returning clients. Are there incentives for returning clients who would want to get into classes for similar price?
