Per 60 minute session, we will explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions. We will compose an in-depth discussion of mental health and how mental health affects our wellbeing. In all information discussed you will be provided detailed information regarding your mental health and the steps that will be necessary for starting your journey to healing and wellbeing. Courses and course work will be mandatory for ensuring not only a hands on experience in participating in your personal awareness but to ensure that we both are actively working to solve your mental health and well-being experience.
