Yotsuba offers up dinner and a show of a different sort. Here, guests gather atop stools situated around a curved counter to watch as the talented sushi chefs take raw ingredients—like yellowtail tuna, smoked salmon, sweet potato, and avocado—and turn them into edible works of art. The sushi menu ranges from classics such as rainbow rolls and spider rolls to inventive options like the spicy crunch shrimp roll, which comes with cucumber, avocado, cream cheese, green onion, and crab salad. Elsewhere in the restaurant, diners can sit at traditional tatami tables or booths to dig into Japanese entrees like flame-grilled beef teriyaki or lightly breaded pork katsu. And there's even an extensive noodle selection where the options include warm, comforting bowls of ramen as well as cha soba—green-tea-flavored buckwheat noodles that, like revenge, are best served cold.
