What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We use only eco-friendly cleaning products for all our cleans. The maids are trained by us to make every clean as thorough and detailed as possible. Our customers refer us to their friends and family due to our work. We are proud of that and would like to show you how we can do the same for you!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We had used other maid services in Charlotte and felt that many of them were not honest in what they would promise. We believe that there is a demand for a service that would deliver what they promise and be reasonably priced at the same time. You've got Maids was started to cater to this market.

What do you love most about your job?
Customers have hired us to clean their homes to make it ready for a family gathering or some other event, at the last minute. When we go above and beyond their expectations, they are pleasantly surprised and truly happy. When we get that feedback from them, that makes our day as well.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"I was going to replace this bathroom shower door because I thought it could never be cleaned. This looks like brand new!"
