What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Young Muscle provides kids with a variety of healthy fitness activities. Our gym offers A wide selection of fun and challenging classes geared to create a courageous & health conscious younger generation. We provide classes for children ages 5-13.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Targeting knowledge and activity will help convince children that exercise is very important to their well-being. We are committed to making fitness fun & enjoyable for all of our kids.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After 4 years of coaching Youth football & wrestling, and working as a personal trainer, I decided to pursue youth fitness full time. I feel there is a huge shortage of strength training & nutrition knowledge for kids today. I am committed to helping kids become better athletes & better students.
What do you love most about your job?
There is nothing more amazing than watching kids progress through our program and then being able to see them transform into these amazing athletes on the field. My passion for helping kids get healthy and stay healthy while planning their personal growth and success is what I strive for.
