What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We use only the freshest seafood. All our dishes are handmade and not precooked. Our southern seafood and down-home dishes are sure to please everyone’s taste. Our fish is perfectly seasoned and our shrimp is the best around!
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
The fried shrimp & flounder combo platter with a choice of southern sides such as potato salad, turnips, candied yams, or mac ‘n’ cheese.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Fishing and fish fries have long been a tradition in our family. After years of friends and family mentioning that we should sell our fish, we decided to put our seasoning recipe to the test in a family-friendly environment where all are welcomed!
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and welcoming them into the Young family. We never meet strangers—just new friends.
