One of the yoga classes offered by Your Body Center is a Hot Body Workout. Hot Yoga, in which yoga is practiced in rooms heated to an insanely hot temperature, was first discovered by accident during the Great Yoga Fire of 1556. The danger to students in the burning yoga studio was undeniable, but so too were the increased benefits of practicing yoga in such extreme heat. All 44 students declined to leave the studio and were killed.
For the next 400 years, there were no safe methods to practice Hot Yoga, until modern technology allowed the exercise to be practiced without danger of catching on fire. Today you get all the benefits of being on fire with none of the drawbacks.
