What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I'm a gadget guy. It's in my blood. But it's not enough that I understand it... One of my strengths is an ability to describe the world of technology in terms that are clear to everyone. I won't tell you to memorize a set of steps – I'll concisely explain things so rote memorization is unnecessary.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
I recommend that you make a list of specific questions and topics you'd like to learn more about. Then when I arrive we can move through your list as quickly as you're comfortable with so you get the most value for your money.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
For years, I've been the "go to guy" for tech help with friends and family. In that capacity, I've received lots of nice feedback about my patience and clarity.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy seeing people happily use technology that was previously intimidating to them.
