What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

“Your company allowed my business to continue.” After having a not so great year, our client decided to invest in a promotional video. We produced it for them and the day after it aired, a customer walked in their store, said she saw the video, and purchased hundreds of dollars in gift cards.
