What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I worked as a technician with two different carpet-cleaning companies for five years. I enjoyed interacting with all types of customers. Seeing their smiles and wide eyes as they look at their newly cleaned carpet brings a smile to my own face. In result, I was inspired to run my own business.

What do you love most about your job?
Every time I complete a job and see the customer’s face, I see a mixture of excitement, content, and relief. The customer’s pure satisfaction toward the result is what I love most about my job.

The best feedback we have received so far was 10 referrals from one customer.
