Youth American Dance Academy
Georgi Rusafov, Tara Rusafov and Lisa Kaleta want to use their 20+ years of experience to do more than just teach young students to dance. In addition to building a strong foundation in various dance styles, they work to instill discipline, self-esteem, and team work. Largely focused on ballet, the classes offered are geared toward boys and girls age 3 and older. Classical ballet courses lay the groundwork for more advanced technique, such as pointe and repertoire dance, which teaches dancers the choreography of characters from famous productions such as Clara from The Nutcracker or the ballerina from wind-up jewelry boxes. Instructors also go beyond ballet to teach jazz, tumbling, hip-hop, and ballroom dance.
