I haven't worked out in several years but the staff made me feel welcome from day one and have helped me modify workouts to fit my newness.

Ypsi Studio is the most welcoming, encouraging gym I've ever been to. Julia the owner is an absolutely wonderful person who has created a space where everyone feels comfortable and inspired to achieve their goals. I go for the group classes. Spinning, yoga, willPower are all awesome, challenging classes. I love Ypsi and this studio is a perfect fit for our town.
