Margarita's need to be from a machine and not a blender

I had the chili rubbed duck with habanero mashed potatoes. I was concerned that the whole thing would be too spicy but the waitress assured me it wasn't. It was VERY good and definitely not too spicy. However, the salsa that was brought to the table with the nachos was. It would be nice to have a less spicy version of this for those of us with sensitive palates!

What You'll Get

Texan witches often cursed their enemies with the Tex-Mex Hex—causing them to weep ranchero sauce, sprout burritos on their arms, and turn everything they touch into refried beans. Celebrate a more benevolent form of this delectable magic with today's Groupon: for $15, you get $30 worth of Mexican fare at Yucatan Cantina in Morrisville.

The chefs at Yucatan Cantina unleash the esteemed flavors and seasonings of Mexico’s southern peninsula to create flavor-charged lunches and dinners straight from south of the border. After a round of tabletop football with crispy tortilla chips, dining duos can dunk their edible triangles into vats of homemade guacamole ($4.95 lunch/$5.95 dinner) or use them to scoop up the tequila-lime grouper, shrimp, and scallops in the yucatan ceviche ($6.95 lunch/$7.95 dinner). Tacos filled with the likes of ancho-chili-marinated chicken ($5.95 lunch/$9.95 dinner) or a garden of sautéed veggies ($5.95 lunch/$8.95 dinner) lead the parade of handheld entrees, and steak quesadillas topped with Chihuahua cheese ($6.95 lunch/$10.95 dinner) follow close behind. During dinner, forks dive tines-first into the spicy chili-rubbed seared duck breast ($18.95), which rests beside pecan-prune mole sauce and garlic-poblano mashed potatoes, both perfect for extinguishing tongue fires. Meals end at the hand of a dessert mob, including a three-layer chocolate cake and a duo of mango enchiladas served over a heap of praline ice cream ($4.95 lunch/$5.95 dinner).

At Yucatan Cantina, yellow and blue hues radiate from modern light fixtures to blanket cozy booths and lumbar-supporting tables in a warm and inviting glow. Diners can enjoy their meal while checking the plentiful sports-casting flat-screens for signs of foul play or challenging their accommodating waiter to a thumb-wrestling match.

About Yucatan Cantina

Bartenders pour and mix more than 30 tequilas as chefs craft elegant Tex-Mex dishes that follow Yucatán traditions. Upscale entrees range from pan-seared duck breast with roasted poblano-mashed potatoes to marinated steak swathed in pasilla and ancho chilies in hefty quesadillas. A sea of crystals cascades down a spiral-shaped chandelier that dangles above the fully stocked bar, where Cazadores and Patrón liquors head up an extensive tequila cache. Bartenders also craft numerous specialty margaritas, enhancing sips with such ingredients as fresh lime mixers and agave nectar. Patrons can feast eyes on multiple flat-screen TVs in the dining area, or venture to an outdoor patio to construct a canopy of tortilla chips that will guard against inclement weather.
