They whip up shredded pork in a spicy garlic sauce, ducks smoked over tea leaves, and twice-cooked fish in a fiery Sichuan sauce. Another of their twice-cooked dishes, the pork belly, received praise from a food critic at the San Antonio Express-News, who said that "it proved a star of our visit to Yum Wok" and that, though it "wasn't super hot, [it] maintained a good flavor and spice from ginger, garlic, and other seasonings."
