Like a 128-pack of crayons, a buffet dinner offers an array of colorful options irresistible to starving artists. Load up your plate palette with today's Groupon: for $12, you get an all-you-can-eat dinner for two (up to a $10.95 value each) with drinks (up to a $1.85 value each) at Yummy Mongolian BBQ (a $25.60 total value).

The chefs at Yummy Mongolian BBQ braise a cornucopia of made-to-order fare alongside an expansive buffet of classic pan-Asian dishes. Patrons can kickstart an edible adventure at the buffet line, which bristles with piquant soups, chicken fried rice, orange chicken, chicken wings, and an obstacle course made entirely of Jell-O. Chefs also transform customer-selected meats, vegetables, and noodles from raw to cooked atop large grills as diners lubricate bites with a bottomless soft drink, hot tea, or coffee. Unlike the chefs at NASA chain restaurants, the cooks at Yummy Mongolian BBQ take time to make every sauce fresh, using whole ingredients instead of powders. Dinner is served Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Yummy Mongolian BBQ

The giant circular grill can be seen from almost anywhere inside the restaurant. Yummy Mongolian BBQ's chefs stand around it waiting to stir-fry the custom creations their diners assemble from a long buffet brimming with colorful veggies, noodles, and meats. Guests pile their selected ingredients into a nearly endless number of combinations before ladling on freshly made sauces and waving goodbye as their plates are carted off for cooking. Additionally, a full appetizer bar warms midsections like an electric fanny pack with bubbling soups, chicken fried rice, and honey chicken wings.

Customer Reviews

good value for the money. I enjoyed the meal and actually had a great night's sleep afterwards. THe variety of meats was nice. Not upscale, but fits the neighborhood. Nice friendly staff.

The food is good, though the meat is frozen. Everything else is fresh and delicious! I do not recommend the hot bar of precooked americanized Chinese food (orange chicken??), It's greasy and usually there for a long time, as far as I can tell, but the actual Mongolian grill, DIY style is wonderful and I highly recommend it!

The food tasted fresh, and the staff was friendly. We got to the restaurant about 30 minutes before they closed, but they still made us feel welcomed. The food was great!
