In the natural world, survival of the fittest motivates foxes, frogs, and bears to stay healthy or run the risk of becoming the food of winged sharks. Because modern conveniences, such as cars, online dating, and Funyons, naturally demotivate humans from fitness, today’s Groupon will marshal your muscles back into shape: for $35, you get one month of boot camp from Yun Fitness Boot Camps, a $199 value.
Your Groupon gets you the Rapid Results Package, which includes three workouts a week for four consecutive weeks—that's 12 classes, each 30–45 minutes. Choose to take boot camp in the morning or evening; morning classes are held at the Shao-Lin Do Center, and evening classes are at the Harmony Artistic Center, both in Hilliard. Check the schedule for more information.
Through the Rapid Results Package, you'll be fully immersed in the Yun Fitness system, including total-body workouts during your session and an inaugural welcome pack (which includes a fitness and nutrition DVD, a 25 Rules of Fat Loss CD, a Look Better Naked Nutrition Blueprint manual, and an imaginary fanny pack).
The head motivational drill sergeant, Jason Yun, is a fitness machine—he's a certified nutritionist (which is not a portmanteau of nutrition illusionist) and certified to train through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He'll lead you through specifically designed classes that push bodies to the limits in a fun, team atmosphere. Keep your muscles guessing with new and challenging moves during each session, so you’ll never fall into a boring, ineffective routine.
Your Groupon cannot be used in conjunction with Yun's two-week free trial, which does not have all the benefits of the Rapid Results program.

Improvement Warrior Fitness
Armed with 21 years of training in various athletic disciplines and multiple certifications through organizations such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Jason Yun helps clients to mow down calories. With his assistant coaches Rick Locke, Stephanie Woodrow, Gabe Flores, and Jevon Sanders, he bolsters the physical prowess and mental focus of students during multi-week boot camps. In addition to the camp, he teaches classes such as Improvement Warrior Yoga and Kettlebell Khaos and the blazingly fast-paced YunFit. In the latter, Yun shouts out a series of cardio and strength-training commands such as “pushup,” “squat,” or “go home and make a wheatgrass smoothie.”
