One Physical Therapy session (30 to 45 Minute) with Cupping
One session of Acupuncture is approximately an hour session. Acupuncture is performed by inserting sterile, disposable needles into specific points on the body. Treatments regulate the body's systems to promote healing, relieve pain and reduce inflammation, prevent illnesses and enhance total well-being.
Cupping session is completely optional, you may choose to skip it. Cupping time is around 5-10 Minutes. Please be advised that Cupping can leave bruises-like marks up from a day to two weeks, it varies from different individuals. Cupping is most commonly used for stagnation-related ailments, including tension and stress relief, neck and back pains, activating the immune system, detoxifying the body, and promoting a heightened sense of well-being.
Deep Tissue Massage helps releasing deeper level of muscular tensions, often preferred for deep rooted, long term chronic pains. It helps reducing stress and pains, increasing circulation and promoting calmness in the mind and body by applying strong pressure following the Acupuncture meridians, Therapists are able to adjust to client's preferences in regards of pressures. Shall you prefer using aromatic oils( Organic based, good quality oils in Lavender, Eucalyptus, Citrus or Unscented) for your massage, please let your therapist know at the time of your presence. Please be advised that tenderness may occur after Deep Tissue Massage, especially for those who do not get it often.
