Booked an appointment before hand, got there on time and they took me in immediately, which was appreciated. However, due to Covid, I had to wait outside while they did the oil change (which was reasonable) as there was a couple already seated inside. Good thing the weather was nice! I had no hassle or push for additional services. Thank you Zack's Auto Center!
