About Zayda Buddy's Pizza
Zayda Buddy's Pizza is named for owner Joel Radin's grandpa, who emigrated as a young boy from Lithuania to a small farm outside Duluth, Minnesota. The restaurant carries the tradition of Radin's Minnesota roots with Minnesota-style thin-crust pizzas and a bar stocked with Midwestern beers. Cooks top pizzas with Wisconsin mozzarella and California tomatoes, and in the separate bar area, bartenders serve up Midwestern brews such as Leinenkugel’s and Old Milwaukee as well as cocktails made from scratch. The eatery's five TVs cue guests into sports games featuring local and Minnesotan teams, and an outdoor patio allows guests to reenact hard-hitting sacks or sleeping football fans they've just seen on TV.
