A refunded is valid after 7 days only if the plastic is still on and it shows no sign of wear. So if I need to sleep on it 2 or 3 nights to see if my back can handle it I sleep on the plastic and it must not show a mark in the memory foam? I need to open the plastic 48 hrs. after receiving it to check if there is any damage or anything unsatisfactory. Then I must send a picture of it to you and you decide if it's unsatisfactory? If not deemed unsatisfactory by you I must send $150.00 to you PLUS shipping charges to receive my $399.00 back?
